Eat This!

Eat This!

Good Day Folks,

Well its official, this is my first article and I hope it will be informative and helpful in your everyday understanding of the world around you.

I wanted to start with something that I discover not many people are realizing is happening. You see the very fabric of our natural world is under attack. it is under attack by a Corporation that is racking in billions every year through manipulation, deception, lies, coverups, and we are continuing to let it happen at an exponential rate. They are lobbying to end the existence of the Farmer's Market. Yes, they want to eliminate all sources of organic foods off the face of the earth so that they can genetically modify our food. You see once they change a genetic strand of any natural food, then it no longer considered natural. Nature did not add that selective DNA strand for a reason folks. Currently very few countries in the world ban Genetically Modified Foods (GMOs) and they had to take a stand against the  World Health Organization which stands by the safety of GMOs. Well I am here to tell this is false, you being are lied to and deluded on  the safety of GMOs. This companies name is Monsanto. I would be surprised of 1 out of 10 have even heard of Monsanto. I will provide sources below for those that wish to investigate further on the crimes of this very real and very evil Corporation. They wish to change the natural organic world into a genetically modified one. Why would you say? Well once they have created  a genetically modified strain, they can then patent said strain as it considered a newly created piece of intellectual property. Do you see where I am going with this? They want to own our very food. The implications of this is mind boggling to say the least. You might say "Now Bear, that just isn't right?" This is already unfortunately a fact for Corn, yes folks. The very cooking oil in your cupboard is most likely genetically modified. Why should I care you might say? What do GMOs do to the human body. Well nobody knows for sure really because no body thought to test and see if it is safe.

The Scary Part....

The only feeding study done with humans showed that GMOs survived inside the stomach of the people eating GMO food. No follow-up studies were done.

Various feeding studies in animals have resulted in potentially pre-cancerous cell growth, damaged immune systems, smaller brains, livers, and testicles, partial atrophy or increased density of the liver, odd shaped cell nuclei and other unexplained anomalies, false pregnancies and higher death rates.

So at this point, you must be asking yourself, how can a Corporation get away with something like this. And reason is simple, Corporate Greed. If anyone thinks Monsanto is out to help the world, they are sorrily mistaken and are perpetuating an ignorance that we cannot ignore!

How can you avoid them?

Nobody can avoid all GMOs, in fact it would be nearly impossible unless your a hippy named sunflower who lived at the farm that grew all the organics for the farmers market that Monsanto is lobbying to outlaw in North America. I truly find the notion that they think they can take away our only truly pesticide and genetically modified free options absolutely insane.

Here are some rules:

If the PLU is 5 digits and begins with an 8, then it a Genetically Modified Organism

If the PLU is 4 digits (even if it begins with an 8) then it is not a GMO

Of the primary oils in you find in your grocery store the main one is vegetable oil. That’s the cheap one. Don’t buy it; it’s soybean oil. The next one is corn oil. Don’t buy that, because it’s most likely genetically-modified. Virtually all the corn that is used in commercial oils is genetically-modified. Canola oil is potentially toxic and can lead to heart lesions.

To be safe, try instead using olive oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil, or coconut oil in your cooking. These four oils are truly natural, and come from crops that are not yet genetically modified.

  Conclusion

With the advent of pesticides, preservatives, artificial
colors and flavors bringing about the degradation of
our very DNA spawning genetic impurities that
ultimately lead to cancers and genetic diseases that
are passed on to your children we need to be more
vigilant everyday of new products that have been
genetically modified. We as a people not only have to
conscious of own bodies but of those we choose to
feed. When I tell my friend that their eating
genetically modified foods or consuming harmful
man made sugars, I am not looking to tell them what to
do, only to educate them on the not only the current
damaging effects but the long term effects.
Unfortunately it is not known what the long term
effects to the human genome causing by GMOs.
Many people are sensitive to these products and they
invariable incite a multitude of symptoms that your
doctor is happy to prescribe a medication to relieve.
People are not just allergic to an specific matter, we
all have sensitivities to unnatural products that we
consume to some degree and that can cause
psychological problems such as insomnia, anxiety,
depression..etc... and physical problems such as skin
disorders, acne, heartburn...etc Since relief from
these problems are now considered minor and easily
remedied by a visit to your doctor or a trip to local
drug mart we neglect to question why this change
happened. So when did we as a society stop and take
notice that maybe a biological and/or environmental
factor is at play and therefore causing these symptoms
of a greater issue that you are missing. What if you
continue to be to be exposed to your sensitivity for
years and just continue to remedy the symptom.
You will have compromised biological systems that have been evolving for millions of years.
Be vigilant.
We are human first and foremost.
